Experience
UK - Civil Engineering
Strong focus in Civil Engineering across various sectors including building structures, renewable energy, environmental, bridges, highways, rail, tunnelling, water & wastewater, power and nuclear.
We can supply all levels including Technicians, Graduate Engineers, Chartered Engineers, SER certifiers, Associate Directors and Directors.
UK - Engineering, Procurement & Construction
Recruitment into various operators and EPC contractors throughout the UK. The majority involved front end engineering design and detailed design of projects. The types of roles involved engineers and designers at various levels such as Graduate, Senior, Principal and Lead.
Disciplines included projects, process, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil & structural.
Algeria
From 2010 to 2013 managed recruitment to one of the largest wet gas projects in Algeria, which involved the development and production of natural gas.
Also recruited for one of the largest dry gas joint venture projects in the country, which involved the development of seven proven gas fields in the southern Sahara, 1,200km south of Algiers.
Netherlands
Delivery of a recruitment program in 2018 for an automotive manufacturer in the Netherlands. Coordinated recruitment teams in the UK as well as a local onsite welfare team, to deliver over 150 production and logistic personnel within an 8 week period.
Germany
Recruitment management of an underground gas storage facility in Etzel, which required 30 mechanical and electrical commissioning engineers. This project also required project and design personnel to be based in the UK.
Global Infrastructure and Oil & Gas Project
Managed the recruitment of a global PSL to supply contingent workers into feed study and detailed design projects. These design projects could be awarded to EPC contractors in a range of countries that included China, Japan, Korea, Spain, Italy, UAE and the UK. Therefore it was essential that all regulations around local labour laws were followed.
