Structural Revit Technician

 This is a rare opportunity to join a leading multinational consultancy, with over 60,000 employees, within their Building Structures Team in Edinburgh to work on a variety of projects across healthcare, heritage, residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

Duties include:

• Supervising and producing 3D BIM models using Revit; preparing engineering drawings and models from sketches and design information
• Closely work with stakeholders and clients from different parts of the business to achieve required delivery outcomes 
• Able to work using BIM within managed systems to prepare  engineering drawings for various stages such as conception, tender, planning, building warrant and construction.

Qualifications and experience:

• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experienced in Autocad, Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in working with BIM360 is preferred.
• Track record of using Revit in a similar building structure projects.
• Able to organise own workload.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
